What this Agreement Covers

This Agreement governs your use of the websites and services provided by Car Wraps Center and Miami Signs and Graphics.

Privacy Policy

Car Wraps Center and Miami Signs and Graphics recognize that you have a right to privacy, and we will not give or sell anyone specific information about you or any orders you have placed through the Car Wraps Center or Miami Signs and Graphics Service except that Car Wraps Center and Miami Signs and Graphics may provide information about you and your order to its subcontractors. In addition, Car Wraps Center and Miami Signs and Graphics may share information about you or your order if we believe in good faith that disclosure of specific information is necessary to (a) resolve disputes, investigate problems, or enforce our User Agreement; (b) comply with relevant laws or respond to requests from law enforcement or other government officials relating to investigations or alleged illegal activity (in which case we can, and you authorize us to, disclose personal information without subpoenas or warrants served on us); or (c) protect and defend our rights or property or the rights and property of you or third parties.

Car Wraps Center and Miami Signs and Graphics employ third party cookies which are used to analyze content performance. You can turn cookies off at anytime by modifying your Internet browser's settings. Car Wraps Center and Miami Signs and Graphics collects information (including email addresses) that allows us, among other things, to: process and fill your order; contact you regarding the processing of your order; share your design with those whom you request; improve our website and service; and send informative and promotional emails that may be of interest to you. While this information may be used by us for marketing purposes, it is never shared or sold to other organizations for commercial purposes.

Intellectual Property Rights of Car Wraps Center, Miami Signs and Graphics, and Third Parties

Car Wraps Center and Miami Signs and Graphics are committed to the appropriate and legal use of the intellectual property of others, and we require our users to behave similarly. Unless otherwise noted, all materials, including images, illustrations, designs, icons, photographs and written and other materials that appear on the Car Wraps Center or Miami Signs and Graphics sites (collectively the "Contents") are copyrights, trademarks, trade dress and/or other intellectual properties owned, controlled or licensed by Car Wraps Center and Miami Signs and Graphics.

Artwork and print screens are property of Car Wraps Center and Miami Signs and Graphics. The artwork fee charged to your invoice is only for the labor and materials. We don't provide artwork, elements, or print screens.  If you want to keep a copy ask for purchase costs.

Car Wraps Center and Miami Signs and Graphics has the sole discretion to reject any order that it considers libelous, defamatory, obscene, profane (according to standards established by the FCC), portraying irresponsible use of alcohol or other substances, advocating persecution based on gender, age, race, religion, disability or national origin, containing explicit sexual content or is otherwise inappropriate for Car Wraps Center and Miami Signs and Graphics production.

You agree to not use Car Wraps Center and Miami Signs and Graphics Service to create any material that is unlawful, harmful, threatening, abusive, harassing, tortuous, defamatory, vulgar, obscene, libelous, invasive of another's privacy, hateful, or racially, ethnically or otherwise objectionable, or that infringes on any patent, trademark, trade secret, copyright or other proprietary rights of any third party.

Payment Policies

All sales are final.  50% deposit or prepayment is required on all orders. After invoice has been processed, deposits will not be refunded. A charge of $35.00 will be added to your invoice or work order for checks returned to us by the bank.  Invoices past due 15 days will be charged 5% interest on invoice balance.

Design and Press-Proof

Car Wraps Center and Miami Signs and Graphics will notify customer up to (3) times that order artwork is pending approval by customer. Should customer fail to approve the artwork within 30 business days, Car Wraps Center and Miami Signs and Graphics reserve the right to discard any and all design work. As a result, customer will forfeit all paid amounts and will have new order charges if the order must be replaced.

To insure rapid production time, Car Wraps Center and Miami Signs and Graphics can NOT make changes or accept cancellations on orders scheduled into production. If the work order/invoice has not yet entered into production, and the customer wants to cancel the order, Car Wraps Center and Miami Signs and Graphics will charge 20% of the value of the invoice, due at the time of cancellation.

To avoid errors, please type or print clearly. Car Wraps Center and Miami Signs and Graphics are not responsible for errors due to customer’s handwritten copy. We do not correct spelling errors. Please check twice before approving any proof sheet. REMEMBER TO DOUBLE CHECK YOUR ORDER. Car Wraps Center and Miami Signs and Graphics are not responsible for artwork provided by client when we don't make any kind of proof. Car Wraps Center and Miami Signs and Graphics staff does not accept verbal instructions. We work only from the work order and are not responsible for verbal instructions.

Shipment/Delivery Times

Car Wraps Center and Miami Signs and Graphics do not guarantee exact delivery dates. Customers who are concerned about meeting deadlines should contact a Sales Representative. Rush orders are available for and additional charge. Rush delivery times may vary depending on the item/s and service/s purchased.

Returns Policy

Car Wraps Center and Miami Signs and Graphics go to great lengths to ensure that all orders are filled accurately and on time and are of the highest quality. Upon retrieval of any order rendered complete or satisfactory, no refunds, changes, or cancellations will be made. Accordingly, we accepts returns and will replace items if and when customers are disappointed for one of the following reasons: (a) the blank items themselves are materially flawed; (b) the quality of the decorating (i.e., the printing is below a reasonable range of expectations; or (c) the design of the final product is materially different from the final design approved by the customer. Note that Car Wraps Center and Miami Signs and Graphics do not guarantee the exact match of colors in full-color printing orders.

Limit of Car Wraps Center and Miami Signs and Graphics Responsibility

Car Wraps Center and Miami Signs and Graphics will be responsible for acting only on those instructions sent to us that actually are received and does not assume responsibility for malfunctions in communications facilities not under its control that may affect the accuracy or timeliness of any orders you send.  Car Wraps Center and Miami Signs and Graphics are not responsible for any losses or delays in transmission of orders arising out of the use of any Internet Access Service Provider or caused by any browser software or any computer virus or related problem that may be attributable to services provided by any Internet Access Service Provider. Car Wraps Center and Miami Signs and Graphics are not responsible should you give incorrect instructions or if your credit-card payment is not processed by your credit-card company.

The information and materials contained in this Site, including text, graphics, links or other items, are provided "as is", "as available". Car Wraps Center and Miami Signs and Graphics do not warrant the accuracy, adequacy or completeness of the information and materials on the Site and expressly disclaims liability for errors or omissions in this information and materials. No warranty of any kind, implied, express or statutory, including but not limited to the warranties of non-infringement of third party rights, title, merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose or freedom from computer virus, is given in conjunction with the information and materials.

In no event will Car Wraps Center and Miami Signs and Graphics be liable for any damages, including without limitation, direct or indirect, special, incidental, or consequential damages, losses or expenses arising in connection with this site or use thereof or inability to use by any party, or in connection with any failure of performance, error, omission, interruption, defect, delay in operation or transmission, computer virus or line or system failure, even if Car Wraps Center and Miami Signs and Graphics, or representatives thereof, are advised of the possibility of such damages, losses or expenses.

Indemnity

You agree to defend, indemnify and hold Car Wraps Center and Miami Signs and Graphics and its affiliates harmless from and against any and all claims, damages, costs and expenses, including reasonable attorneys' fees, arising from or relating to your use of Car Wraps Center and Miami Signs and Graphics sites and services, your violation of this Agreement, or your violation of any rights of another.

Governing Law

age, race, religion, disability or national origin, containing explicit sexual content or is otherwise inappropriate for Car Wraps Center and Miami Signs and Graphics production. You agree to not use Car Wraps Center and Miami Signs and Graphics Service to create any material that is unlawful, harmful, threatening, abusive, harassing, tortuous, defamatory, vulgar, obscene, libelous, invasive of another's privacy, hateful, or racially, ethnically or otherwise objectionable, or that infringes on any patent, trademark, trade secret, copyright or other proprietary rights of any third party.

This Agreement shall be governed by the laws of the State of Florida and, where applicable, by federal law.
