Vehicle Wrap Warranty

• With proper care, your vehicle wrap will look great for years to come. We wrap with high quality vinyl from 3M and Avery. The expected performance life of vehicle wraps is 3-5 years. See below Vinyl Manufacturer Warranty.
• It is important to realize that your wrap is installed carefully by hand, and some flaws in the material are inevitable. It is quite common to see minor lifting after a wrap is complete, especially around grooves, curves, rivets, etc.
• Your vehicle wrap is covered by a 12 month limited warranty on defects in installation and materials. The warranty covers major lifting, bubbling, cracking, or loss of adhesion in the wrap.  Please note that minor lifting and bubbling in vinyl wrapped over deep grooves and curves is common and is not considered appreciable deterioration.  Slight color fading, chalking, edge lifting, slight reduction in gloss or tenting around rivets will not detract from appearance and will not be repaired under this warranty.   
• The vehicle wrap warranty does not cover:
• vinyl installed by another company
• perforated window graphics are covered by a separate warranty (see “Perforated Window Graphics” section below)
• glass breakage
• color fading
• damage caused by improper care or cleaning ( see “Vinyl Graphics Care and Cleaning”)
• damage caused by negligence, misuse, accidents, road damage, vandalism, fuel spills, engine exhaust, wear and tear, or any other defect not a result of installation or materials
• damage related to pre-existing damage or aftermarket repairs (e.g., body work, paint) to vehicles
• damage caused after the vehicle has been delivered
• damage from fire, wind, rain, earthquake, hurricane, flood, structural failure, lightning, and other natural disasters
• RTA “Ready to Apply” graphics installed by the client

Vehicle Lettering

• The expected performance life of vehicle lettering ranges from 3-5 years (1-2 years for metallic, chrome and other metalized materials) depending on material type and care (see “Vinyl Graphics Care and Cleaning”).
• Our 12 month limited warranty on vehicle lettering covers peeling, excessive fading, and cracking.
• The warranty does not cover:
  • chrome, diamond plate, or other metalized film
  • damage due to improper cleaning (see “Vinyl Graphics Care and Cleaning”)
  • RTA “Ready to Apply” graphics installed by the client
  • damage caused by negligence, misuse, accidents, vandalism, wear and tear, or any other defect not a result of installation or materials
  • damage from fire, wind, rain, earthquake, hurricane, flood, structural failure, lightning, and other natural disasters

Perforated Window Graphics (Storefronts, Vehicle Windows)

• The expected performance life of perforated window graphics is 12-36 months.
• We offer 90 day limited warranty on perforated window graphics covers peeling, excessive fading, and cracking. 
• The warranty does not cover:
  • peeling or abrasion on windows that move or slide
  • Damage due to improper cleaning (see “Vinyl Graphics Care and Cleaning”).

Vinyl Graphics Care and Cleaning

• Even with the best quality inks and vinyl, the harsh Florida sun can cause vinyl and graphics to fade over time. Protect your wrap from the sun if possible. Color fading is not covered under warranty.
• Cleaning is important to the life of vinyl graphics, lettering, and vehicle wraps. There is no warranty against improper cleaning. When cleaning, be sure to clean gently using mild soap. 
• Mechanical car washes of any type are not advised and will void your warranty.
• Never use a pressure washer on the graphics or wrap material. Too much pressure will cause the material to tear and/or lift.

What to Do If You Have a Warranty Issue

• First and foremost: give us a call or stop by to discuss the issue, the sooner the better before the problem gets worse.  We need to hear from you within 10 days of the defect occurring.
• There will be no charge for labor or material if needed repairs are covered under warranty. However, transportation of a vehicle to and from our shop is not covered under warranty.
• In case of a problem covered by warranty, our responsibility is solely limited, at our option, to repair or replacement of the defective materials. The extent of the repair will depend on the particular issue.
• If the repair will involve graphics replacement, we will do our best to color match the original wrap. Please understand that some fading may have occurred and the color may not match exactly.

Vehicle Security

If you are leaving your vehicle with us for wrapping or installation, please know we will make every effort to ensure the security of your vehicle.  When possible, we will leave the vehicle inside our locked facility overnight.  However the vehicle may at times be left in our parking lot overnight.  Please be sure to remove all valuable and personal items from the vehicle.  We are not responsible for missing items, or for theft, vandalism, or acts of God that directly or indirectly damage your vehicle.  Please check that your insurance policy covers such situations.
